We were delighted to be invited to host a workshop for the Cabinet Office Social Investment Team.
When we met them a few months ago it was clear that we shared a common goal; to support those people and organisations who were building parts of a better financial system, for people and planet.
At their team away day, which we hosted at ICAEW’s offices, Chartered Accountants Hall, we offered to help them get some clarity around their purpose and intention. We used techniques from our various incubators (including AuditFutures and UnLtd Future), asking them to look think collectively about what they are good at as a team.
We were really inspired by what a young, dynamic, committed and frankly fun team they were. We loved it and they loved it.
As Aekta Mahajan, Social Investment and Finance Team, Cabinet Office said;
The Finance Innovation Lab team were very energetic, visionary and helpful – they provided an excellent foundation for the rest of the day’s content driven sessions. Rachel and Jen used lots of frameworks which sparked healthy debate around the scope of our work going forward and they helped us to build upon the broad range of skills and expertise within the team.
